Per my usual Yelp experience, I'm surprised by all the bad reviews, although most of them aren't recent. This is my consistent experience of Pat's over the past year - really good! I order exclusively off DoorDash for delivery and pickup. Only had one issue in all that time. I got there and something had happened with the order so I had to wait for it to be made. The manager (owner?) offered me free dessert as an apology, so my experience with their customer service has been positive. The wings, sandwiches, and pizza are all really good. This is one of only (maybe the only) place in this area you can order slices of pizza, which is great. I'm picky about these pizza/wing place pizzas, because in Maryland the quality is often pretty mid, but Pat's has good pizza. Their subs are really reasonably priced and honestly really good. I love the bread so much. You're not getting a soggy sub from Pat's. This is my go-to pizza/sub place so I'm here to set the record straight.

I had the chicken Parmesan for lunch with a side salad and drink for less than $20. It was delicious and the staff was very friendly. This place deserves a much higher rating - other reviewers gave low ratings because of 3rd party delivery service issues.

Wonderful! The steak pizza is the best and the ziti is a hit we also tried their oatmeal cookies pretty good give them a try!

I often drive by this place and always wondered if the food taste good. Well, today I didn't drive by this restaurant. I was a little worried when I pulled up around noon and the lot was empty. I thought they were closed. However, I saw one person coming out of the restaurant. I entered and the dining area was very clean. I grabbed a menu. I also asked did they have lunch specials and the cashier directed me to the back of the menu. I decided to get a chicken Caesar wrap. It came with fries but, I asked to replace them with chips. I also ordered the two slice pizza deal which came with a drink. I didn't get to taste my food right away because I was maybe thirty minutes from home. All I can say is my lunch was delicious. Everything was good. And yes I have plenty of leftovers for later this evening. The staff were pretty attentive and pleasant. I imagine it just gets busy at later hours.

Stopped in the for the first time. If you sign up on their website, you can start earning points to use toward future purchases. I placed an order that was ready in 20-30 minutes. No indoor dining, limited seating for waiting or looking at the menu. Cheesesteak appetizers: Rolled mini, cheesesteaks in a tortila. Came with a ranch like sauce. Pretty good and filling Breaded Chicken Wings: Delish. Comes with hot sauce. You can buy a cup of dressing if you like (ranch/blue cheese etc.) Breaded Shrimp: Always my favorite. Large in size, comes with cocktail sauce

Good pizza. the sauce was so good it tasted homemade. All the employees were wearing mask properly and the space was set up for social distancing and Clean!
